Since 2009 Evonik Industries AG has been certified as a family-friendly company by the German Hertie Foundation.Click on the link to learn more about Evonik from our employees:#LI-AW1Responsibilities:Continuous process technological optimization, development and planning of processes and plants in close collaboration with R&D and productionExecution of smaller investment & optimization projects in Evonik`s existing production plants in Asia Pacific SouthContribution in the optimization of existing production processes as part of continuous process developmentLeading of process development projects with interdisciplinary teamsDevelopment of innovative process technological concepts and methods for the production of specialty chemicalsResponsibility for the planning, coordination and execution of experiments in the laboratory, pilot plant or production environmentClose cooperation with operational divisions, internal and external R&D organizations as well as equipment and plant manufacturersRequirements:Minimum Bachelor or above degree in the field of process technology, chemical engineering or similar natural sciencesIdeally over 5 years of experience in the petrochemical/specialty chemical industries.
