ALPS was set up in 2018 as part of Ministry of Health's (MOH) strategic thrust, and we are currently a subsidiary of SingHealth. We are headquartered at Bukit Merah, and we have offices within the 26 PHIs in Singapore. In this role you will need to: Process ERP/POs/Good Receipts Process invoices for shared services Handle administrative works / minutes writing as assigned Monitor and update reports on contract management system, to do outstanding POs reports, slides for COO meeting, bi-weekly procurement tracker report Handle small value purchases ($5K and below) Coordinate daily operation works with polyclinics Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
