Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to monitor shipments and actual arrival of the goods.
  • Responsible to create commercial invoice for Principals.
  • Responsible to validate of all in coming shipment has equivalent PO in the system.
  • Responsible to work with CX for forwarder and with finance for payment processing.
  • Assured that the in coming shipment transaction is received on -time.
  • Maintains an efficient filing system for Purchase Order, SI, AWB, reports and other documents.
  • Support non-trade process like monitoring of PR receives assign reference, follow payment and deliveries.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4 years course
  • At least two years in similar position
  • Excellent in Excel
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task
*Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 4 monthsSalary: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative: 2 years (Required)
