Founded in Singapore in 2015, H3 Dynamics is building a hardware and software solutions ecosystem that link autonomous mobile robots to an array of on-demand services for public and private sector customers anywhere in the world. Solutions address remote condition monitoring for maintenance of critical and non-critical infrastructure across various industries (real-estate, maritime, utilities, energy, transport), security and surveillance, as well as cargo delivery.


ROLE MISSION

• Reporting to the Head of Autonomous Drone System, you will be responsible for establishing and managing multiple aspects of the Supply Chain / Procurement and Logistics agenda.
• Ensures implementation of operational strategies focusing on achievement of the following results:

• Implementation of the supply chain and procurement sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management, performance measurement
• Analysis of requirements and synthesis of proposals for cost saving strategies.
• Implementation of contract strategy including tendering processes and evaluation, contractor appraisal, managing the contract and contractor, legal considerations and payment conditions, risk assessment.

Supports project implementation focusing on achievement of the following results:

• Together with the Head of DBX and the Technical Director, monitor forecasting for autonomous drone products.
• Develops and update procurement plans including costing, scheduling and applicable procurement methods for internal follow up of procurement and contracting activities.
• Reviews specifications and terms of reference to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with quality standards and ensures that procured products comply with international and national standards.
• Solicits and ensure proper tendering and bidding procedures to ensure overall competitiveness, quality and conformity to specified requirements.
• Coordinates timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversees correct receiving, dispatch, storage and inventory procedures.
• Installs controls for proper tracking of goods during transport and handling of goods at final destination.
• Monitors suppliers performance with respect to the quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensures quality review of submissions for the Head of DBX division.
• Liaises with Head of DBX and Technical Director to source for new suppliers to improve efficiency, cost, quality and innovation
• Oversees adherence to contractual agreements, recommend amendments and contract extensions, advise concerned parties with respect to contractual rights/obligations

Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and sharing, focusing on achievement of the following results:

• Conducts market research to keep abreast of market developments, research and analyse statistical data and market reports on the world commodity situation, production patterns and availability of goods and services
• Disseminates best procurement and supply management practices on local level. Customizes and develops procurement-related training material to contribute to capacity building at local level.
• Shares experience/ best practices
• Synthesis of lessons learnt and best practices in Procurement.

Required Skills and Experience Education:

• Bachelors degree minimum.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in international procurement and supply chain
