About the Job

The global procurement team is responsible to frame and establish organization wide policies and procedures, leading high value sourcing assignments, strengthening procurement operations and compliance in 5 counties including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines & Mexico.

The role of Procurement Analyst is responsible to contribute to informed decision-making within the organization through data-driven insights and analysis.

Your Assignment

• Secure Supplier database along with Digital team to extract meaningful insights, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather and analyse data relevant to supplier classification and specific compliance standard including risk-based assessments.
• Generate and present clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders including management.
• Evaluate supplier performance on specific areas, identify, and propose opportunities to business functions for improvement and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Support competence development by facilitating training for projects and activities where needed.
