Role Summary

We are hiring a Procurement Analyst to lead and execute sourcing for outsourced IT services, with a strong emphasis on cloud security and infrastructure procurement. This role is highly hands-on and will partner closely with IT and Information Security teams to evaluate vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure reliable service delivery.

This position will support a fast-moving, high-ownership environment and requires someone who can manage sourcing workstreams end-to-end--not just procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own procurement for IT outsourcing categories, including: Infrastructure / Data center related services Network and connectivity services IT operations / managed services Cybersecurity services Lead RFQs/RFPs, vendor shortlisting, proposal analysis, commercial comparison, negotiation, award recommendations, and rollout. Evaluate vendor service scope, SLA terms, and pricing structures (rate cards, tiered pricing, usage-based billing, managed service bundles, etc.). Partner with IT and InfoSec stakeholders to validate technical requirements and balance cost vs security/stability/service performance. Negotiate and manage contracts, renewals, and supplier performance with measurable outcomes (cost, compliance, risk, quality). Maintain high-quality documentation for approvals, audits, internal controls, and procurement governance. Track procurement KPIs (savings, lead times, SLA performance, contract adherence) and provide reporting insights to stakeholders. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify pricing trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities. Drive process improvements to improve procurement efficiency and scalability as ABFinance grows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, including 2+ years in strategic sourcing or senior-level procurement execution. Demonstrated understanding of outsourced technical services procurement, including: Infra services Network services Managed IT operations / service desk / tech center support Cybersecurity services Strong ability to review and negotiate contracts, including service scope/SOW, SLAs, commercial terms, and pricing models. Proven end-to-end sourcing execution capability: sourcing, vendor comparison, negotiation, cost analysis, award recommendation, and implementation. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical stakeholders (IT/Infosec/Engineering), Legal, Finance, and Operations. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement systems/ERP tools. Candidates must have prior experience supporting procurement for

cloud security and/or security infrastructure

, such as: Cloud security tools or managed security services (e.g., SOC/MSSP, Zero Trust/SASE, IAM/PAM, SIEM/logging, endpoint security) Security-related infrastructure services and vendor contracts tied to cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

Procurement exposure to cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP), including consumption-based billing, commitments, and service-level considerations. Experience sourcing cloud server, infrastructure, security, or AI-related products/services. Experience working in technology, fintech, cloud, or other regulated environments. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is strongly preferred to support cross-region stakeholders and suppliers.
