TPC seeks qualified procurement professionals that are comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced Telecom field.For more information, please visit our website (https://www.telenor.com/about/our-companies/other-units/telenor-procurement-company/)About the RoleAs a Procurement Applications & Process Senior Specialist, you will be part of Digital Procurement team and you will report to the Head of Digital Procurement. The objective of this engagement is to drive excellence in the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and systems across whole Telenor Group as a subject matter expert. You will be working closely with the Telenor business units and driving standardization, automation and implementation of S2P related activities through digital transformation program with Coupa being the primary platform of focus for efficient operations. The role requires you to consider avenues for continuous improvement and technology enabled solutions viz. AI, Automated buying, predictive data analytics and such. This is a permanent role and will be based out of Singapore.Main Responsibilities:

  • Mapping the needs for TPC related to supporting procurement technologies, systems and next gen procurement tools to develop, maintain and execute on
  • Accountable for Coupa related technical requirements and alignment with relevant internal procurement, Telenor business units, non-controlled Telenor entities and external stakeholders from a TPC perspective
  • Provide expertise to ensure processes are in place to identify requirements and manage data as related to suppliers, classifications, taxonomy schema, business attributes and setup within procurement systems
  • Provide guidance on complex queries and devise a path to resolution with appropriate team members
  • Establish repeatable processes and procedures to deploy and support procurement system enhancements
  • Prioritize enhancements to existing systems and processes and communicate initiatives to all stakeholders
  • Promote S2P best practice sharing and analysis to ensure high level of compliance and data quality support when implementing the Telenor S2P Blueprint and Coupa S2P system across business units
  • Drive standardization, automation and improvement of the S2P process through digital transformation globally by following up and setting the track on global transactional KPIs.
  • Become the recognized global expert for deployed procurement solutions, supplier data management, spend -and savings planning and reporting
  • Secure stakeholder management across implementation partner, business units and within the team
  • Review and track communications for stakeholders regarding system enhancements, upgrades and queries
  • Identify training needs and develop training methodology to be shared with team members. Oversee development of training material that can be shared amongst team members and customized as needed
  • Develop training schedule and material and assist to train users on existing systems to improve efficiency in day-to-day operations
  • Participate in the continued planning and development of technology-based solutions to enhance cost-savings, spend compliance, data management and integrations

Education and Experiences Requirements
  • University degree in Procurement, Finance or Logistics & Business Management.
  • Understanding of procurement technology landscape and system integrations
  • Comprehensive understanding of Source-To-Pay process, relevant best practices in transformation agenda and key activities within Finance with relation to S2P.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience, whereof 3-4 years in Procurement Operations & Applications (preferably Coupa)
  • Project and Process management experience
  • Lean, Six Sigma certified
