Procurement Assistant ($2000 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Handle daily procurement operation tasks.
- Manage and track Purchase Requisition and/or Purchase Order to make sure the procurement for projects is delivered on time.
- Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Work closely and keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Participate in implementation of cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies.
- Ensure and promote compliance in accordance to company policies, processes and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
