Position Title: Procurement Assistant/ Executive
Working Location: Sungei Kadut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6 pm
Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Conduct procurement activities according to project requirements.
Implement vendor selection processes to ensure fair competition.
Assist in reviewing records and information to evaluate the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
Process purchase orders, work orders, subcontractor contracts, and progress payment claims.
Compile a list of preferred vendors through selection processes and determine material inventory levels.
Collect data on potential vendors that meet procurement needs.
Review proposals and procurement specifications to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
Support negotiation efforts by providing information on agreed contract terms with preferred vendors.
Collaborate with the Finance department to facilitate vendor payment processes.
Participate in key activities within technology projects.

Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of related experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably from construction or engineering industry.
