Support the project team in the purchase of equipment, materials, and services Maintain accurate records of procurement activities Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement documents Coordinate with suppliers in pricing To ensure timely delivery of goods and services Assist in the management of supplier relationships Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies Research potential suppliers and products Assist in equipment inspections and registrations Any ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements



Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry. Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma Ability to work along with and motivate team members Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel * Able to speak and write in English and Chinese as our HQ is from Taiwan.
