- Assist in novation of items
- Conduct sourcing event including RFP/tender
- To handle full procurement functions including preparing of RFP documents, liaising with users on requirements, evaluation, negotiation and awards
- Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
- Establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of products and services
- Provide assistance and responses to queries from users on procurement related activities
