: Data Analytics and Dashboard Support Assist in managing and maintaining procurement dashboards and reports. Extract, clean, and analyse data to support procurement insights and decision-making. Identify trends, monitor key metrics, and propose improvements for reporting accuracy and efficiency. Compliance and Process Review Support review of procurement compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and governance standards. Assist in documenting and mapping existing workflows to identify potential process gaps or risks. Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance operational transparency and control. GenAI Development and Testing Contribute to the design, testing, and validation of GenAI tools that streamline procurement tasks (e.g., supplier queries, data summarisation). Provide feedback on user experience and performance of AI prototypes. Support integration of GenAI solutions into procurement operations. Procurement Operations Support Assist in supplier administration, including vendor onboarding, data updates, and document management. Support in processing Direct Purchases (DP) and Agency Service Agreements (ASA), ensuring completeness and compliance. Collaborate with category managers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing activities and operational follow-ups. Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, with major in Operations or Supply Chain
Able to commit to a 6-months internship
Experience in data analytics, dashboarding work
Proficiency in PowerBI
Experience using UI Path, Visual Studio, Azure, Co-Pilot Studio
