Job Description

Responsibilities



Prepare basic Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in cost estimation Generate quotations based on project scope and supplier inputs Source and liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery Understand project needs and align procurement accordingly Coordinate with site personnel to ensure materials and logistics are in place Maintain organized records of quotations, purchases and supplier communications Site support including generating work progress report, maintain organised archives of completed projects for reference, reporting and future planning, etc

Requirements



Prior experience is preferred, but not required. On-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to interpret basic project plans or specifications Comfortable working with multicultural teams and vendors * Proficiency in Excel and basic documentation tools
