• Liaise with Project, Engineering and related teams on project requirements
• Act as main liaison contact point with suppliers and users
• Prepare and provide recommendation in buy decision
• Develop improvement and procurement strategy
• Research and evaluate suppliers attributes
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms and conditions in projects and contracts
• Coordinate and meet project milestones from requirements to acceptance
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and related risks for each project
• Manage Freight (Air/Ocean) for equipment and parts delivery (include import and export)
• Process all Project Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure that they are performed in compliance with SOP and agreed terms and conditions
• Append and improve equipment purchase database (Last Purchase price)
• Manage vendor list
• Identifying tools availability in the market.
• Meet tight project schedules
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly/yearly spend report for review
• Yearly review and update of OI and SOP to ensure all documents are up-to date
• Support other roles, tasks and projects (R&M, Electricity, etc) assigned to support inter department/company\xe2\x80\x99s initiative (if required)
• 
  Conduct supplier Audit or Site inspection (when project calls for)

Requirements:

• 
  Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Business/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Supply Chain/ Technology
• 
  Min. 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of work experience in procurement or current work of field
• 
  Fresh Graduates with high confidence of job fit are welcome to apply
• 
  Experience in equipment, machinery purchase in excess of US$1M
• 
  Experience in negotiation on terms and conditions of project, contract and related
• 
  Possess knowledge in Semiconductor equipment, process; Data Science; Supply Chain, is a plus
• 
  Possess knowledge and application Database of SAP system, MS Access, Excel database is a plus
• 
  Proficient to apply IT skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Access
• 
  Well developed, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• 
  Conversant in English and Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates
• 
  Possess High Integrity and Energy Level
