Procurement Engineer (east/ Semicon)

Job Description
- Developing and executing procurement strategies, including efficient sourcing and category management, preferred supplies, contract, terms and condition negotiation
- Establish sourcing scheme to expand 3rd party business driven by regional business planning team.
- Consolidating local sourcing suppliers
- Negotiate sourcing business scheme
- Propose any improvement plans to senior management
- Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Requirements:
- At least 2-years experiences in procurement related role
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, procurement or business management is preferred.
- Outspoken with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and a team player
