Job Description

Ensuring Data is migrated and validated.
Monitor migrated open PO and ensure compliance.
Suppliers are onboarded within system for Source to Contract and Procure to Pay Process.
Onboarding of selected catalogs into Ariba system.
Track outstanding items and lead in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
Support in training users and assist them in usage of system where necessary.
Use of technology to improve the process.
Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Any Degree or a related field.
IT, Data Analytics skills.
Eye for details.
Ability to articulate, present and work with Internal/External stakeholders.
Structured thinking process.
Proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
