- Salary: $3,050 - $3,450
- F&B Industry / Sourcing
- Responsible for coordination and procurement activities with local and overseas suppliers.
- Responsible for coordination of ordering, ensuring effective communication with outlet head chefs/ in-charge personnel.
- Preparation of orders, quotations, and sourcing for new suppliers/products.
- Co-ordinate, process, and shipping movement of overseas orders, if necessary.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time deliveries and specifications of products ordered.
- Compile monthly reports and statistics as needed to assist in decision-making.
- Ensure month-end invoices are settled accurately and submitted to the finance department within the specified time frame.
- Manage quality evaluation, supplier selection process, and systemizing procurement process to enhance efficiency.
- Menu item programming, supplier selection & streamline procurement procedures.
- Initiating a review, monitoring, and contract renewal process with our suppliers, if necessary.
- Other duties as and when assigned by supervisor/management to support the smooth operation.
- At least 3 years working experience in procurement related roles, preferably in F&B industry.
