Procurement Executive (heavy Machinery/construction Equipment)

5 days work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-6PM)

Job Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase heavy machinery, construction equipment, parts, and related services. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and procurement of quality equipment. Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery, and service. Manage procurement documentation, contracts, and compliance with internal policies. Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking of critical machinery parts. Liaise with operations and project teams to understand machinery/equipment requirements and specifications. Track and analyze market trends for construction equipment to identify cost-saving opportunities. Handle procurement of both local and international equipment, including logistics coordination.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. At least 2-4 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in construction or heavy equipment industry. Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
