The company we represent is a renowned automotive parts manufacturer with a significant worldwide market share. They are presently in the process of extending their operations into Singapore and are seeking capable individuals to become part of their expansion strategy. The role available is for a Procurement Executive, responsible for overseeing the complete process from ordering parts from suppliers to receiving and managing them at the Central Distribution Centre.

Job Details:

• Permanent role
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: West (Transport provided)
• Bonus: AWS + VB + Employee benefit

Responsibilities:

• Coordination on delivery and ETA on outstanding supplier delivery schedules and daily customer back orders.
• Daily follow up if there is delivery delay from suppliers.
• Maintenance of parts and supplier information in various systems, ensuring the data is accurately updated as required in accordance to part to file process.

Talents:

• Preferably candidates who have at least 2 years of inventory management experience
