Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with requestors to establish a well-defined scope for effective and efficient sourcing
• Source from qualified and reliable sources to meet requirements and specifications
• Confidently engages supplier and negotiate for the best deal for the company
• Perform supply chain cost analysis and implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies
• Establish pricing for RFQ and support users\' activities
• Well verse in contractual T&C and establish contracts with key suppliers
• Ability to interpret within established procedures (including regulatory requirements) and practices
• Work closely with the users and ensuring on-time deliveries of goods and services with the right quality at the right time. Includes supporting on warranty claims if required.
• Management of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order as well as purchase forecast to suppliers inclusive of rescheduling to meet changes in demand
• Exercise good vendor management and monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in the area of quality, inventory control and actively engages suppliers with regard to quality and ensure timely deliveries.

Location:

• West Camp Road/ 3-4 days WFH (subject to future changes)

Working hours:

• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8 am to 5:30 pm)

Salary:

• Up to $3,500 + PB

Requirements:

• Diploma in Procurement or qualifications in similiar field
• At least 3 years working experiences in similiar field and must have experience in sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Team player who enjoys teamwork environment and is able to communicate with individuals at all levels / positions
• Independent, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal call of duty
• Knowledge in SAP and some knowledge in Microsoft skills.
