JOB RESPONSIBILITIES





Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Manage all suppliers & contracted partners. Monitor product sales, margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve pre-set KPIs. Manage standing orders, central purchased orders and direct supplies Work with stakeholders to develop customise product mix to achieve higher returns. Coordinate to organize onsite-offers/ thematic promotions and publicised offers on press and social media to meet KPIs prescribed by management. Source for new leads from source of origin or main principle supply. Compile reports and conduct presentations to management and/or panel of stakeholders. Visit customers regularly. Attend overseas procurement, inspection visits and trade events when required. Other tasks as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



At least 2 years of procurement or demand planning experience. Prior buying/supply experience in the supermarket retail trade will be giving priority Possess valid driving license and own transport preferred. Self-motivated and target driven. Meticulous and analytical. Skillful negotiator and effective communicator. * Strong IT literacy proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
