Procurement Executive

Job Description
The Purchasing Executive is responsible for the purchases allocated to him/her and to ensure it is adhered to the company purchase guidelines and policies.Responsibilities:
- Source for materials globally
- Negotiation for the most competitive price
- Negotiate for the most competitive term and conditions
- Monitoring the delivery of the purchased equipment or items
- Ensure that the equipment or items purchased meets the specification given
- Permanent
- Up to 4.5k + PB
- Mon to Fri: 7.25am-4.58pm (might have Saturdays xe2x80x93 alternate or once a month or ad hoc, depending on shipment schedules to facilitate arrangement on procurement, but will be known in advanced)
- Tuas
- 2 year experiences in purchasing / procurement related capacity
- Diploma / Degree in procurement related field of study
- Have knowledge of SAP for generating of Purchase Order
- Have knowledge on local and overseas sourcing on material & equipment & market pricing
- Excellent on negotiation skill
- Have knowledge on the use of commercial document used in purchasing eg LC / BG / etc
