Besides popular favourites like the Kurobuta Shabu Ramen and Kurobuta Tonkatsu, TAMPOPO\xe2\x80\x99s menu also offers a wide selection of exquisite Sashimi and delectable Ramen. Currently, we are looking for a Procurement Executive in Singapore for 7 months. For this role, we are looking for an individual who is able to collaborate with teams across the organisation, organised with a great sense of responsibility to ensure that a smooth supply chain of food items from vendors (overseas & local) to our outlets in Singapore. Procurement Executive (7 months\' Contract) The job duties and responsibilities are follows;

• Purchase of items from Japan (Fish Cargo / Sake / Fruits and Vegetables/ chilled and frozen food)/ USA / local vendors (Kitchen equipments / packaging items)
• Manage B2B sales; selling of cargo to other local companies
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels, maintain inventory database and reconcile inventory against warehouse database.
• Coordinate with carrier representative for delivery from point to point
• Prepare and submission of documents for processing of containers arriving in Singapore
• Supervise warehouse material handlers in the un-stuffing of the containers
• Examine contents, verify against records and rectify with respective vendors\' representatives if any shortages or damages
• Prepare inventory report and checklist for submission to Auditors
• Prepare inventory checklist for all outlet
• Compute cost for internal transfer
• Provide equipments for events catering
• Coordinate with driver for all deliveries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Business with preferably 2-3 years\' experience in Procurement. Candidates with no procurement experience will be considered for internship position. Salary will commensurate accordingly to experience.
• Able to prioritize high impact, urgent activities
• Ability to think and move fast to support teams across the outlets
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Knowledge of Japanese food items an advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
