Maintain business continuity by proactively managing contract lifecycles, software licenses, and personnel documentation to prevent service disruptions and compliance gaps.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between the legal department and vendors to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Update and maintain personnel system records in DarwinBox.
Oversee the mandatory learning programs, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
Manage the renewal and tracking process for personnel.
Track software renewals and ensure all licenses are up to date.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular status reports on contract and software renewals.
