The successful candidate will be part of SIA's Procurement Division. He/She will lead initiatives to optimize procurement processes, strengthen policy governance, define KPIs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to align procurement practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1) Policy Governance & Compliance


Provide clear and accurate explanations of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations to stakeholders Offer advice on how to avoid non-compliance and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes Act as a first point of contact for resolving procurement-related issues or disputes Identify common challenges or recurring questions and provide feedback to improve procurement policies and processes. Monitor the effectiveness of procurement policies and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.

2) Optimize Procurement Processes


Standardize and streamline procurement processes across the organization Implement best practices in sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement operations. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement workflows to increase efficiency




3) KPI Development & Performance Tracking


Set up procurement KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvements and align procurement strategies/activities with the organizational goals Assign ownership and accountability of each KPI Regular tracking and monitoring of the KPIs with stakeholders, leveraging on the technology

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Businees, or related fields 3-5 years relevant experience in supply chain or procurement with proven success in process redesign will be preferred Fresh graduate with strong learning capabilities and excellent aptitude will be considered Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving agility Meticulous & Attention to details Organized & analytical Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing Process oriented & outcome driven Adaptable well to changing business environment. Familiarity with AI-driven procurement tools and predictive analytics
