.The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate information and updates for tenders and quotations with internal stakeholders.
Liaise with Category and Contract Managers on tender requests and contract renewals, including preparation, evaluation, and award.
Manage maintenance contract documentation, vendor meetings, and contract closure assessments.
Analyze contractor performance and coordinate regular vendor management sessions.
Assist with audits, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Support the Manager and team members with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, financial terms, and budgeting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in creating presentations, communications, and business cases.
Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in task management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Acubuy, or SAP is a plus.
