Description
- Approving purchase requisitions for Singapore site
- Order confirmation and order expediting
- Review all auto replenishment orders and inventory item setup and updates
- Manage intercompany purchases
- Resolve all procurement and payment issues with Finance and Vendor
- Submit new vendor setup, modification and re-activation request
- Closely follow up on all urgent deliveries and highlight all non-deliveries
- Monthly Procurement & Inventory Reporting
- Provide guidance and training to internal requester on Procurement platform
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in pharmaceutical industry
- High level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vLookup, Pivot Table, Remove Duplicates)
- Experienced in Oracle / Peoplesoft preferred
- Typing speed above 45 wpm
