• Conduct Microsoft Dynamics roll-out for international entities (without China) (eg. New vendor creation)
• Coach users on:
• how to raise PR and perform GR in Microsoft Dynamics
• how to raise non PO in Power Platform
• Assist with raising Purchasing Approval Form for approvals
• Support on spend reporting
• Identifies, participates (supports) procurement improvement projects /initiatives locally and globally
• Support operational sourcing activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & a strong team player
• Enjoys working in a multi-cultural & team-based environment
• Prior internship or work experience in Supply Chain is preferred
• Candidates with Legal or Contracting knowledge or experience will be considered for Procurement Contract Negotiator Intern role
