Your Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and determine price benchmarking for direct and indirect procurement categories
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluations and analysis, and quality checks on products and services provided
• Assist with supplier selection process, contracts negotiation, policy formulation and financial evaluation
• Assist with 3rd party liaison and price negotiations on the products and services provided
• Communicate and build strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally

Your Profile

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Economics/Business/Commercial field
• Analytical and numerate with strong Excel skills for presentation and visualization of data insights;
• Good organizational and critical thinking skills and eye for details;
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills with ability to communicate views clearly and concisely;
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and think independently in a lean, fast-paced, and multicultural environment;
• Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve objectives and positive outcomes
