The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PURPOSEThe Purchasing intern will support the APAC Purchasing function with all aspect of Purchasing engagements and activities in the region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Cost analysis and maintenance of vendor quotations

• Maintenance of APAC Purchasing database
• Quotation tracker
• Project tracker
• Supplier records
• Support Supplier on-boarding process
• Purchasing contracts management
• Sourcing engagements for APAC sites
• Facilitate compliance to Purchasing process
• Identify and drive improvement of local Purchasing processes and ways of working

EXPERIENCE

• A current undergraduate in the field of Business, IT, Engineering, Science, etc.
• Keen interest in the field of Procurement
• Good understanding and application of Microsoft Office suites with focus on MS Excel
• Self-initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Positive mindset, proactive, resourceful, critical thinker and problem-solver with good communication skills
