This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's procurement strategy, driving cost savings to deliver long-term value. The role will focus on category management and overseeing end-to-end tender processes - with a particular focus on indirect procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and sourcing processes for high-value and complex categories, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
• Analyse spend data and market trends to drive optimisation, cost savings, and strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business needs.
• Identify and mitigate procurement and supply-chain risks while driving continuous process improvements and innovation.
• Oversee digitalisation and transformation initiatives, including adoption of platforms, tools, and process automation.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Present procurement insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Role requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience.
• Ability to lead a team and drive process improvements.
