Procurement & Logistics Specialist

to join their dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

Procurement & Inventory Management

Drive the full procurement cycle: planning, monitoring, compliance, and reporting. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; identify alternative sources to optimize costs and ensure availability. Document, update, and streamline procurement, inventory, and RMA processes. Support engineers, estimators, and program managers with pricing, availability checks, and estimates. Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring internal customers are satisfied. Oversee fleet management purchases, servicing, rentals, and maintenance. Procure office, safety, and operational equipment, including PPE, first aid kits, IT hardware, and furniture.
Logistics & Operations

Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently. Fulfil sales orders through the corporate ERP system and maintain accurate inventory records. Manage RMAs, serial numbers, and company tools inventory. Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and workshop environment.
