Job Description

My clients are a well known player within the Healthcare industry and are looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing efforts for Facilities, Buildings, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) categories across the region.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and sustainability of our built environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support the different property operations, renovation projects, and ongoing maintenance needs across region.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for Facilities, Buildings, and MRO categories across the region.
• Develop supplier strategies and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Property, and Operations teams to understand project and maintenance requirements.
• Drive sourcing initiatives for capital projects, energy systems, HVAC, elevators, building materials, and technical services.
• Ensure alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory compliance across markets.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular audits and reviews.
• Leverage data and procurement systems to drive insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6-10 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on Facilities, Engineering, or MRO categories.
• Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or facilities management sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia supplier markets and regulatory environments.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle).
