Procurement Manager

The Role

As our

Procurement Manager

, you will oversee and lead procurement operations across all business units -- including cafe, retail, and wholesale. You will ensure consistent supply of high-quality products, negotiate with suppliers, and streamline purchasing processes to meet business needs while upholding our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for food, beverage, retail, and operational supplies Source and evaluate suppliers locally and overseas to ensure best value and quality Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimise cost-efficiency Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain disruptions promptly Stay informed on industry trends and proactively introduce new sourcing opportunities Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B or retail Strong understanding of supplier networks and import processes Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational abilities Passion for quality food, sustainability, and ethical sourcing is a strong plus Prior experience in ERP/procurement systems is advantageous
