Procurement Manager/lead (construction Industry)

Job Description
- Ensure full adherence to the company's procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and validate scopes of work, specifications, and requirements for products and services.
- Source, evaluate, and qualify potential vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement outcomes.
- Participate actively in vendor evaluation, tender reviews, and price negotiations to achieve best value for the organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to review and finalize contracts and service agreements, preparing reports and recommendations for management approval.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen procurement governance, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support procurement-related audits and compliance reviews, ensuring documentation and processes meet corporate and regulatory standards.
