3 years of experience as Procurement Officer or related position in construction, manufacturing or related industries.
Preferably with strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methodology management and/or operation and supply chain management.
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge in contract management.
Sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
