Procurement Officer Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5.30pm Location: Office Very Near to Eunos MRT Salary: $2500-$3500 + AWS Requirements: * Preferably with at 2 to 3 years of experi Procurement Officer Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5.30pm Location: Office Very Near to Eunos MRT Salary: $2500-$3500 + AWS Requirements: Preferably with at 2 to 3 years of experience Timely processing of orders received from customer care teams Candidate with Engineering background and relevant working experience is preferred Job Scopes: Work closely with suppliers for orders placement, warranty issues and stock inventory management Arrangement of collections from suppliers Assists to create POs from SO and send to suppliers Prepare PR for fixed assets Follow up with ETA dates from all suppliers and inform the Customer Service Team Single Point of Contacts for all shipping discrepancies for all suppliers Single Point of Contacts with Finance to ensure all invoices from suppliers are paid in timely manner Creation of supplier/ vendor codes, preparation of PO reports to customers Process all RMAs to all suppliers in timely manners and follow up with repair readiness date Prepare WebUI for Billable Repair orders Creation of PIMs to assists for quotes and sales orders Prepare CP report to the team Ensure integrity of the purchase orders to suppliers - correct parts, quantities and pricings are issued to correct supplier Resolve suppliers related matters - such as damaged items or incorrect items delivered
