Support and report to Procurement Manager
Responsible for purchase strategy, supplier short list management, implementation of the procurement cost control.
Support in the execution of in charge branches or subsidiaries according to company procurement procedures
Maintain supplier relationship. Master supply capability and negotiate with suppliers if necessary
Support in subcontracting bidding.
Familiarize with ERP Procurement Module and Issue PO, keying GRN and upload information into ERP system
Organize for supplier development and yearly vendor evaluation
Maintain Supplier Non-Conformance Master list with Procurement Officer
Arrange logistics services for related projects as well as import and export procedures
Ensure warehouse operation in line with SOP
Handle yearly internal & external audit for Procurement, warehouse, vendor and clients
Prepare monthly reports and inspection schedule for Procurement and Warehouse
Support administrative duties (e.g. data filing/management)
Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
