Job Description
Temp Staff (Procurement Division)
Contract Period: 1-Year contract
Working Location: 2 days Work from Home and 3 days Work from Office in Stamford Court (NHB HQ at City Hall).
Work Pattern: (Monday to Friday) from 9am to 6pm
Salary Offer: $2800 per month
Job description including responsibilities, requirements:
- GeBIZ purchase order processing for period contract buys and publish/award of ITQ/ITT;
- UAT training and customers support for electronic submission system and Cumulus Workday system; and
- Any other business
- Experience in Government Procurement Instruction Manual Rules
- Experience in raising purchase orders and publish/award of ITQ/ITT in GeBIZ
- Experience in UAT testing of new systems
- Experience in handling customers government instruction manual and procurement queries
- Familiar with Cumulus Workday system
- At least 1-2 years of working experience with Government Procurement Agency
- Diploma Holder
