Job Description

  • Finding contractors and suppliers to bid for jobs to work accordance with the objectives set.
  • Conduct price negotiations. Including control over budget spending on various tasks. To save the budget at the expense of the organization to be able to use the existing budget to be worthwhile and the most useful.
  • Coordinate procurement related to both internal and external and various business units. To support the works, go smoothly and on time.
  • Following delivery of the contractors and vendors to deliver the goods in timely manner.
  • Check product quality, accurate and complete information as required. Before proceeding with the procurement of contractors and vendors.
  • Other task by assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in purchasing work both in the country and abroad in e-commerce business or other business related
  • Good computer skills at Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Good command in Chinese (HSK 5 and up) or English
  • Can communicate, negotiate and able to coordinate well with supplier and internal department.
  • Have rational thinking and to work proactively, improve, develop and generate results to reach department goal
