Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- With in-depth experience in Procurement in the Construction Industry
- Knowledge in Formworks Systems is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP
- With good negotiation skills
- To create job orders or purchase orders based on the received Purchase Requests and to ensure that they will be processed based on the agreed timeline.
- To endorse potential suppliers for accreditation to the SBU Procurement for the review of the submitted requirements and site inspection.
- To ensure that all records and documents are properly filed and kept for easier tracking and monitoring.
- To assist the Procurement Manager in ensuring that the target budget and specifications are being met before providing the quotation to the requesting department.
- To keep track on the schedule of deliveries of the orders placed and to share this information to the requestors thru the shared file.
- To ensure that the reports are submitted based on the agreed deadline.
