Lead procurement and sourcing activities across APAC for engineering products (Gaskets, O-rings, Polymer & Power Transmission components).
Build strong supplier networks and identify new sourcing opportunities in the region.
Work closely with global procurement to standardize processes and tools.
Conduct market research, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to meet technical and commercial needs.
Provide regular updates and insights to the Global Head of Procurement.
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
7-10+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with regional APAC exposure.
Familiar with manufacturing or engineering product categories.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to bridge European requirements with local APAC supplier capabilities.
