Job Description
- Marine / Offshore Engineering
- \xe2\x9e\xa4 Basic: $3000 - $5000
- \xe2\x9e\xa4 AWS (2.5 months) + Performance Bonus
- \xe2\x9e\xa4 5 days (7.30am-5.15pm/4.15pm)
- \xe2\x9e\xa4 Location: West
- \xe2\x9e\xa4 Company Transport Insland-wide ($20-$40 per month)

Job Responsibilities
- Reviews requisitions and clarify with the user departments on any discrepancy or incomplete information with regards to specification, quality, quantity and delivery requirements.
- Recommends substitution where a saving in cost or improved delivery will result.
- Solicits and analyses quotations for stock and non-stock items.
- Obtains required approvals and places orders.
- Prepares, checks and initials purchase orders.
- Compiles and maintain a library of catalogues, price lists, etc. to be used for reference.
- Handles adjustments with vendors involving replacement & rejection of materials not conforming to purchase specifications, return of surplus materials, cancellation of orders, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Min. 1 year of relevant procurement / purchasing Experience.
