Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.

2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions. Review, execute, and manage contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

3. Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analysis reports to support vendor selection decisions.

4. Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, resolve issues, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Track spending vs. commitments and ensure vendors comply with service level agreements.

5. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement cost-effective strategies to drive business value.

6. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, track contract performance, mitigate contractual risks, and resolve disputes or issues.

7. Extract and analyse procurement data, conduct spend analysis and prepare reports for Senior Management to inform strategic decision making.

Requirement:

1. Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

3. Proven experience in contract management, vendor negotiation, and procurement strategy development.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
