Job Description

This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive content strategy focused on data protection, governance, risk management, and compliance. He/She will align the content marketing strategy with the organisation\'s goals and priorities. By monitoring web traffic, customer behaviour, and demographic preferences, he/she is to provide insights to guide content creation. He/She will evaluate content ideas, develop formats for different audiences, and manage content lifecycles and learning roadmaps. Additionally, he/she will advise product managers and stakeholders, lead brainstorming sessions, and oversee as well as be involved in content production and distribution. His/Her role includes executing branding campaigns, monitoring brand success, and assist the Director of Marcom in driving data protection PR initiatives. The successful candidate will also assess the organisation\'s reputation, provide suggestions for improvement, build networks and partnerships, and maximize content monetization. He will ensure value-added content for membership services, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the overall business strategy. This position reports to the Director of Marcom and interfaces with the organisation\'s Sales, Marketing and Learning & Development teams. Responsibilities: Content Development and Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy focusing on data protection, governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Monitor web traffic, customer behaviour, and demographic preferences to gain insights for content development.
  • Evaluate and generate content ideas for marketing purposes.
  • Develop various content formats to appeal to different audience types, and create content guidelines for the production of high-quality and compliant content.
  • Establish target customer segments for effective content marketing.
  • Manage content lifecycles and learning roadmaps to ensure up-to-date and relevant information.
  • Advise product managers and contributors on content-related strategies for planning, monetizing, and marketing initiatives aligned with the content strategy.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to determine relevant and engaging content.
  • Write, proofread, edit, and publish content across various platforms to maintain consistency and quality.
Brand Management
  • Develop and execute branding campaigns, events, and activities to increase brand awareness for the organization\'s data protection offerings.
  • Execute data protection PR initiatives in alignment with the organization\'s branding and operational plans.
  • Assess the organization\'s reputation on social media and other platforms, and provide suggestions for enhancing content initiatives.
Build industry relationships and networks
  • Prioritize key industry stakeholders for networking and partnership opportunities.
  • Build networks with industry bodies, contributors, data protection experts, and other key industry stakeholders to stay informed and foster collaborations.
Drive content monetisation plans
  • Develop strategies to maximize the monetization of owned content by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee content distribution across traditional and social media platforms, ensuring effective content promotion, customer engagement, and performance management.
  • Advise on the overall marketing strategy for content, including product branding and messages, to maximize content reach and impact.
  • Ensure the delivery of continued and value-added content for the organization\'s membership services.
Stakeholder management
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify and understand relationships with members and course participants, and manage their expectations based on the organization\'s learning roadmaps and strategy.
  • Engage stakeholders regularly to set and align expectations and activities as well as to exchange feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy by providing insights and recommendations related to content and data protection.
Manage teams
  • Provide direction for function management of the content team, including budgeting, work allocations, and staffing decisions.
  • Foster talent development within the team and set clear objectives for user-generated content.
  • Manage a team of contributors and associates who are experts in data protection, ensuring their productivity and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience preferred
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business, journalism or a media-related discipline
  • Experience in writing, editing and producing Web content
  • Highly organised, independent and self-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrates positivity, confidence and creative thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A collaborator with good time and project management skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month Benefits:
