About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and resourceful Producer to lead projects from start to finish. You'll oversee timelines, coordinate teams, and keep productions running seamlessly, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What you'll do

Work closely with Directors, the Executive Producer, and team members to align creative vision with production plans. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources while keeping workflows smooth and communication clear. Recruit, brief, and manage production crew and freelancers. Oversee logistics, including location scouting, permits, and on-set operations. Lead TVC, short film & corporate video productions through to delivery. Oversee post-production progress with the Post Producer to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

What We're Looking For

Degree or Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years' proven experience as a Producer in TVC, film, or media production. Sharp thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects. Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and logistics coordination. Strong communicator with excellent client and team management skills. Familiar with production workflows, post-production processes, and industry-standard creative tools, including basic casting reel edits.
