Producer

Role & Responsibility:

Duties include but are not exclusive to:


Have a good understanding in creating and managing project schedules and timelines for various projects. Able to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including pre-production, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery. Able to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project requirements and delegate roles accordingly. Have a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes. Able to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on project status and addressing any concerns. Work with clients to understand their vision, objectives, needs, and wants, communicate feedback to the production team, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. Work with the production team to understand their capabilities and limitations. Collaborate with project heads to ensure the project meets client expectations. Work with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with the Creative Director or project head to obtain feedback and ensure all animation sequences align with the Creative Director's or client's vision. Archival of completed projects. Prepare creative presentations/decks. Manage vendors and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. * Able to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and all members of the creative and production team.
