The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving the bank's strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of financial services industry, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with the bank's vision and mission.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing personalized support and expert guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to drive innovation within the organization.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
• Experience in digital transformation projects within the financial sector.
• Fluency in English language required; additional languages are a plus.
