Our client is seeking an effective Product Architect to lead and manage the design and development of net-zero home product.

The net-zero home product is a game-changer in housing and sustainability. As Product Architect, you will be working directly with the CEO to fabricate and launch the hardware and software components of this revolutionary product. You should be a visionary who is excited to bring ideas into life. This role is a pathway to CTO/CPO roles and has an opportunity to be an equity partner in the company.

• Lead hardware development and integration for net-zero home product from concept to production
• Build and define hardware architecture including breakdown of components, allocation of requirements and defining interfaces
• Validate product feasibility though model simulation and mock-up
• Spearhead software development life cycle including real time testing and troubleshooting
• Prepare and perform integration tests and verifications of product
• Assist in the solving of design problems as they arise
• Accountable for all design documentation including calculations, drawings, technical reports and specifications
• Propose technical solutions for quality, delivery and cost
• Constantly research and adopt new frameworks, solutions, and approaches
• Build and develop design team to reach objectives

• Experience in design - product, industrial or technical
• Education in Engineering (Mechanical) or Architecture and/or related course
• Highly motivated fresh graduates with design experience are welcome
• Experience with smart homes, house construction or automated building systems is preferred
• Hands-on experience with research and development including making mockup designs, virtual and physical prototypes
• Strong sense of aesthetic, design and user experience

• Experience in customer engagement, such as product management, services, project management, or systems engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Energetic, creative and self-driven engineer with very strong analytical skills and a real passion for crafting and innovation
