Responsibilities
Support customer trial & engineering lot running and monitor qualification on schedule.
Create or revise existing product specification.
Maintain the integrity of engineering documentation and specification.
Ensure new/revise product (existing model) follow the pre-determined design rule.
Maintain for proper documentation and report compilation.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly is preferred.
Independent and self-driven individual.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
